Its the 2nd time of my life I’ve gone to any concerts. I truly enjoy concerts because of the live band and also the music. The first time I’ve gone to any concert was of course, Mariah Carey’s. Gosh, she so gorgeous and her vocals are so powerful its like hearing music on your pc but only more shiok. Although la during that time, it was super stuffy because it was packed with hundreds and millions of people in a small little pueny Merdeka Stadium and was practically 2 years ago, so why enjoy concerts and never went to any? Well, the main reason is because its EXPENSIVE lo. Yeah, sure. Some say buy the cheapest seating then can still enjoy ma but you know what? Even Mariah’s one I bought the 3rd most cheapest (which cost practically RM200) I can only see her the size of 1/3 of my little finger.

So why this time I’ve taken consideration to watch Michael Bolton? Because I’m absolutely crazy over him just like Mariah? Of course not! You think what? He was a heat back when my parents were in their 30s! Ha, well. There’s 2 main reasons to it. One is because, well, its because its foc (Yeah, I’m kiam siap) and the 2nd main reason is because AhFei’s NEVER been to any concerts before. Ask him to pay for one he grumble here and there too expensive might as well download a BT version of a concert, put it on THX certified speaker and wala! A very own concert in your house for free! Duh, *me rolls the eye* its different right when you can actually see the artist with your own two eyes performing for you.

So off we went to Genting. Its freezing cold there when we arrived at the place approximately around 2pm. The wheather is absolutely wonderful. I just love the cold wheather there. Checked in the First World because we went there by bus and cablecar so we thought of stopping by for the night. Actually, it was suppose to be a belated birthday surprise for that fella but he took the opportunity to lure me into telling him my plans for the weekend when I was sick. Sheesh. So no surprises.

After lunch and a little bit of shopping, went back to Hotel and get prepared for spetacular night. The event’s main sponsor was Nescafe Gold (ah, so you know la where I got my free tickets). Waited for almost half an hour before the show started. You know ar, how come stars always get to be late?

Everything was really good. The songs were nice, the guy playing the sexaphone (is that how you spell it?) was really good and the atmosphere was very good too! You know ah, really got a Nescafe feeling over there. Haha…

Overall, the trip was good except the part because its the holidays season and a peak season for Genting, the place was really packed up with locals and tourist. There were a group that was really rude, though. The uncle nearly shoved me until I nearly pok kai. Aiseh.

Well, update next on Narnia!
